can i contest a traffic ticket in NJ living in Florida?

I got a ticket using my cell phone on the NJ turnpike but I live in Florida and there is no law about that in Florida so should I pay it or contest it?Thanks.

   Laws apply to where you are. Not where you live.

   That’s completely obvious…..

   So while you can feel free to fight the ticket, there is absolutely no chance of you winning based on your reasoning.
